These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern the use of the GashPK platform, accessible at gashpk.cam (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "Site" or "GashPK"). GashPK is an English-language online betting information and entertainment platform targeting users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access to such content is lawful.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your") and GashPK (hereinafter "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing, browsing or using GashPK in any manner, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
Your access to or use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform, whether or not you create an Account. If you register an Account, your acceptance is also confirmed by completing the registration process and checking any applicable agreement checkbox during sign-up.
These Terms apply in addition to any separate terms and conditions issued by the Operator whose services you access. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any Operator-specific terms, the Operator's terms shall govern with respect to the services provided by that Operator.
We reserve the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
To be eligible to create and use an Account on the Platform, you must:
Age Restriction: GashPK strictly prohibits use by persons under 18 years of age. If we have reason to believe that a User is a minor, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the Account, reverse any transactions and report the matter to appropriate authorities. Being 18 or older does not, by itself, confirm that online gambling is lawful for you in Pakistan.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Creating duplicate, multiple or fraudulent accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are required to provide accurate and complete registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, country of residence and a valid email address. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change. GashPK is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify GashPK immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. GashPK shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
GashPK reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, KYC failure, chargeback requests or conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform.
As part of our commitment to responsible operation and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, GashPK and/or the Operator may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing deposits, withdrawals or any other financial transactions.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights, temporary account restriction or permanent account closure. GashPK reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

The specific rules governing individual betting markets — including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and casino games — are determined by the Operator and published within the Operator's platform. GashPK publishes general educational content about betting mechanics but this does not constitute the official ruleset for any wager placed with an Operator.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sub-licence or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from GashPK.
The GashPK name, logo and all associated brand assets are proprietary marks of GashPK. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GashPK, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
GashPK provides information and educational content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
GashPK is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. GashPK reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notification. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
In the event of a material change to these Terms that affects your rights or obligations as a User, GashPK will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their Account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registered email address is current and accurate.
